Set up LEL monitoring and interlock protection, strictly control the concentration of organic waste gas entering the system lower than the lower limit of explosion limit 1/4;
Multiple safety protection system: non steady state control, temperature warning, stop alarm and troubleshooting measures.
工艺说明/Process description
(1)预处理阶段
预处理采用填料式喷淋洗涤塔,喷淋液选择碱液酸性气体进行中和处理或者采用干式过滤器对粉尘进行过滤处理。
 (2)活性炭吸附阶段
经过前面的预处理后,废气通入后端的活性炭吸附/脱附塔进行吸附处理,通过活性炭微孔的有机气体吸附在活性炭表面,去除废气中的有机物,达到净化气体的作用。
 (3)活性炭脱附阶段
当吸附床吸附饱和后,切换脱附风阀和吸附风阀,启动脱附风机对该吸附床脱附。脱附新鲜空气首先经过新风入口的换热器和电加热室进行加热,将新空气加热到120℃左右进入活性炭床,炭床受热后,活性炭吸附的溶剂挥发出来。
 (4)催化燃烧阶段
溶剂经风机送入到催化燃烧室前的换热器,然后进入催化燃烧室中的预热器,在电加热器的作用下,使气体温度提高到250-300℃左右,再进入催化燃烧床,有机物质在催化剂的作用下无焰燃烧,被分解为CO2和H2O,同时放出大量的热,气体温度进一部提高,该高温气体再次经过换热器预热未经处理的有机气体,回收一部分热量。从换热器出来的气体再通过新风入口的换热器对脱附新鲜空气进行加热,经过换热后的气体通过烟囱引高排放。
(1) pretreatment stage;

(2) activated carbon adsorption stage;
After pretreatment before, activated carbon adsorption / desorption gas pass into the rear tower adsorption treatment, adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon by organic gas microporous activated carbon, removal of organic matter in waste gas, purifying gas effect.
(3) activated carbon desorption stage;
When the adsorption bed is saturated, the desorption air valve and the adsorption air valve are switched on, and the desorption fan is started to desorption the adsorbent bed. The fresh air is firstly heated by the heat exchanger and the electric heating chamber of the fresh air inlet, and the new air is heated to about 120 DEG C into the activated carbon bed. When the carbon bed is heated, the adsorption solvent of the activated carbon is volatilized.
(4) catalytic combustion stage;
The heat exchanger by solvent fan into the catalytic combustion chamber before the preheater and then enter the catalytic combustion chamber, in the role of the electric heater, the gas temperature is increased to 250-300 degrees Celsius, then enter the catalytic combustion bed, organic matter flameless combustion in the presence of catalyst is decomposed into CO2 and H2O. At the same time, a lot of heat release, the temperature of the gas into a high temperature gas again after the improvement, the heat exchanger preheating without organic gas treatment, a part of the heat recovery. The gas coming out of the heat exchanger is heated by the heat exchanger passing through the fresh air inlet, and the gas passing through the heat exchanger is adopted to lead the gas to be discharged through the chimney.

IPA、MNP、醇类、酮类、醚类、酯类、芳烃、苯类等炭氢化合物有机废气及臭气有明显的净化效果,对氮氧化物及非甲烷总烃可达到《工业企业挥发性有机物排放控制标准》GB50074-2的排放标准。
