工艺说明/Process description

待处理有机废气进入蓄热室1的陶瓷蓄热体(该陶瓷蓄热体“贮存”了上一循环的热量),陶瓷蓄热体放热降温,而有机废气吸热升温。   废气离开蓄热室后以较高的温度进入氧化室。在氧化室中由VOCs氧化升温或燃烧器加热升温至氧化温度820℃,使其中的VOCs成分分解成二氧化碳和水。   净化的高温气体离开氧化室,进入蓄热室2(在前面的循环中已被冷却)放热降温,之后进入换热器进行热能回用后经烟囱排入大气,同时引小股净化气清扫蓄热室3。而蓄热室2吸收大量热量后升温,用于下一个循环加热废气。   循环完成后,进气与出气阀门进行一次切换,进入下一个循环,废气由蓄热室2进入,蓄热室3排出。在切换之后,清扫蓄热室1。如此交替切换,实现连续处理VOCs废气。 The organic waste gas to be treated enters the ceramic regenerator of the regenerator 1 (the heat storage capacity of the ceramic regenerator is stored in the upper cycle), while the ceramic regenerator releases heat and cool down, while the organic waste gas absorbs heat. The regenerator 2 absorbs large amounts of heat and heats up for the next cycle to heat the exhaust gas. After the completion of the cycle, the intake and exhaust valves are switched at once, into the next cycle. The exhaust gas is heated by regenerator 2 and the regenerator 3 is discharged. After switching, clean the regenerator 1. Thus alternately switching to achieve continuous treatment of VOCs exhaust gas.
