工艺说明/Process description

一、废体在经过收集系统入主管道,在风压的作用下进入前端粗效过滤,可防止大颗粒物进入处理设备以达到最佳设备处理能效。

二、过滤后的废气进入分离板结构可去除废气中的焦油和粉尘,然后入核心区域"高能离子净化区"使其分子发生轰变,氧化后变为无公害物质。

三、一部份气体经电场净化后进入光化学模块,在高辐照下持续氧化分解,最终生在二氧化碳和水。

四、二次净化后的气体进入超微净化模块,设置有错流喷淋塔体,水体为内循环不产生排放,可增加SUS公司特制的净化药水可对VOCs有害物质深度治理,排放处有除雾装置,净化后的气体优于国家排放标准.结论:是优质的工艺组合.
