集气罩:是烟气净化系统污染源的收集装置,可将粉尘及气体污染源导入净化系统,同时防止其向生产车间及大气扩散,造成污染。
形式:
(1)按罩口气流流动方式分为:吸气式和吹吸式;
(2)按集气罩与污染源的相对位置及适用范围,可将吸气式集气罩分为: 密闭罩、排气柜、外部集气罩、接受式集气罩等。

密闭罩
定义:将污染源的局部或整体密闭起来,在罩内保持一定负压,可防止污染物的任意扩散。特点:所需排风量最小,控制效果最好,且不受室内气流干扰,设计中应优先选用。
结构形式:局部密闭罩、 整体密闭罩、大容积密闭罩
1.局部密闭罩
特点:体积小,材料消耗少,操作与检修方便;
适用:产尘点固定、产尘气流速度较小且连续产尘的地点。
2.整体密闭罩
特点:容积大,密闭性好。
适用:多点尘源、携气流速大或有振动的产尘设备。
3.大容积密闭罩
特点:容积大,可缓冲产尘气流,减少局部正压,设备检修可在罩内进行。
适用:多点源、阵发性、气流速度大的设备和污染源。
4.布置要求
a.设置必要的观察窗、操作门和检修门;
b.罩内应保持一定的均衡负压,避免烟尘逸出;
c.尽量避开扬尘中心,防止大量物料随气流带至罩口被吸走;
d.处理热物料时,应考虑热压对气流运动的影响,通常适当加大密闭罩容积,吸风点设于罩子顶部最高点。
Airtight hood
Definition: the local or whole part of the pollution source is sealed up, and a certain negative pressure is kept in the cover, so as to prevent any diffusion of pollutants. Features: the minimum exhaust air demand, the best control effect, and free from indoor air flow interference, the design should be preferred.
Structure: local whole sealed cover, airtight cover, large volume sealed cover
1. part airtight cover
Features: small size, less material consumption, convenient operation and maintenance;
Application: it is a place where dust spots are fixed, dust production, airflow speed is small and continuous dust production.
2. integral airtight cover
Features: large volume, good tightness.
Suitable for dust producing equipment with multi point dust source, carrying gas, large flow rate or vibration.
3. large volume sealed cover
Features: large capacity, can cushion dust airflow, reduce local positive pressure, equipment maintenance can be carried out in the hood.
Application: multi point source, paroxysmal and air current equipment and pollution source.
4. layout requirements
A. sets the necessary observation windows, doors and doors;
B. hood should maintain a certain balance of negative pressure, to avoid dust escape;
C. as far as possible to avoid dust centers, to prevent a large number of materials with the airflow to the mouth to be sucked;
D. heat treatment material, should consider the effect of hot pressing on air flow, usually increase the airtight cover volume, suction point is arranged on the top of the highest point.
排气柜
排气柜可使产生有害烟尘的操作在柜内进行。
1. 结构形式
a、排气口在操作口对面操作口气流分布较均匀,有害气体外逸的可能性较小。
b、排气口设在柜顶 操作口上部形成较大进气流速,而下部进气流速较小, 气柜内易形成涡流,可能造成有害气体外逸
c、在对面和顶部同时设置排气口

Exhaust cabinet

1. structure form
