工艺流程/Technological process
耐腐蚀、强度大、密闭性高：按实际处理量进行设计喷淋区的结构，选材均选用耐酸碱性、耐腐蚀性强的不锈钢材质制作，避免因长时间与腐蚀性液体接触所造成的腐蚀，增加设备的运行寿命；系统采用负压运行，保证废气不会逸散，确保了设备的密闭性。气液分离装置：设备设计安装有高效气液分离装置，选用耐酸碱性、耐腐蚀性强的不锈钢材质制作，使排出的气体气液分离，分离下来的液体回流到设备继续使用，避免水的浪费。Corrosion resistance, high strength, high sealing structure design the spray zone according to the actual amount of processing, material are made of stainless steel, acid and alkali resistant to corrosive, avoid corrosion caused by long time contact with corrosive liquid, increase the service life of the equipment; the system adopts negative pressure operation, the exhaust gas does not guarantee to ensure the tightness of the oven equipment. 工艺说明/Process description
（1）异味气体首先进入高效洗涤设备的一级洗涤区，在一级洗涤区可以去除大部分的粉尘和粗颗粒。同时，一级洗涤区配备有全自动反冲洗过滤器，可将水箱中的水过滤后循环使用，并以pH在线仪表检测洗池内pH值，根据pH值的变化自动进行给排水来维持液体的品质，使设备达到最佳效果并节约用水。
（2）废气经过一级洗涤处理后进入二级洗涤区。在二级洗涤区内设有专门的填料，气体通过填料时，部分异味分子被填料中的传质层吸收进入二级洗涤区的独立水箱中，达到去除异味和进一步除尘的目的。同时，二级洗涤中同样安装有pH在线仪表，可自动进行给排水维持液体品质。
（3）经过二级洗涤处理后的气体经除雾层气液分离后进入三级洗涤区。在三级洗涤区也装有专用填料，同样利用填料将部分异味分子溶入水中，使废气得到三次净化，同时，三级洗涤水箱内设置ORP在线检测仪表，以保证水质。
（4）经三级洗涤处理后的气体进入除雾区，使气体中的液滴分离出来进入水箱，然后满足国家排放标准的干燥洁净的气体经风机由烟囱排入大气。
（5）三级高效洗涤设备配有全自动化水箱清洗系统，清洗管道上配置有360度旋转喷头，可定期自动对水箱进行清洗，整个过程不需要人员进行操作。

(3) after two stage washing, the gas is separated from the mist layer and then enters the three stage washing area. Special packing is also arranged in the three level washing area, using the same packing will be part of odor molecules into the water, the waste gas purification at the same time, three times, three level washing water tank is provided for ORP on-line monitoring instrument, to ensure water quality.
(4) after three stage washing treatment, the gas enters the fog removing area to separate the liquid drops from the gas into the water tank, and then the dry and clean gas which meets the national emission standard is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.
(5) three grade high efficiency washing equipment, equipped with automatic water tank cleaning system. The cleaning pipe is equipped with 360 degree rotating sprinkler. It can clean the water tank regularly, and the whole process does not need to be operated by personnel.
