工艺说明/Process description
(1)预处理阶段
废气中可能会含有氯化氢,硫酸雾等酸性气体或者粉尘,为了防止其对后续设备造成严重腐蚀或者对活性炭造成堵塞,需对废气进行预处理。预处理采用填料式喷淋洗涤塔,喷淋液选择碱液酸性气体进行中和处理或者采用干式过滤器对粉尘进行过滤处理。
(2)活性炭吸附阶段
经过前面的预处理后,废气通入后端的活性炭吸附/脱附塔进行吸附处理,活性炭表面存在着吸引力(分子间范德华力),将通过活性炭微孔的有机气体吸附在活性炭表面,去除废气中的有机物,达到净化气体的作用。
(3)活性炭脱附阶段
活性炭脱附时采用蒸汽对活性炭床层直接加热,将活性炭中吸附的有机成分蒸出,蒸出来的混合蒸汽进入冷凝器中通过冰水对其进行冷却,冷凝成液态,进入分离桶中分离,分离后的废水进入污水站,分离后的有机溶剂进入储罐,用于后续回收。不能被冷凝的不凝气通入吸附总管,送入吸附罐中进行吸附处理。
(4)活性炭烘干阶段
脱附阶段有部分蒸汽冷凝成水留在的活性炭床层,脱附完成后需要对床层进行烘干。烘干配置单独的烘干风机,烘干风机入口设置高效过滤器,并设蒸汽加热器对新风进行加热,加热到60℃左右,通入活性炭罐中将碳层中的水分烘干。烘干后的吸附罐充氮气进行保护操作,等待下一次吸附。

(3) activated carbon desorption stage;
The desorption of activated carbon by steam direct heating of the activated carbon bed, organic components of activated carbon adsorption of steamed, steamed mixed steam into the condenser by ice water to cool it and condensed into liquid, separated into the separation tank, the separated waste water into the sewage station, after the separation of organic solvent into the tank, for subsequent recovery. The non condensable gas which can not be condensed is absorbed into the adsorption main pipe and is sent into the adsorption tank for adsorption treatment.
(4) drying stage of activated carbon;
In the desorption stage, some of the steam is condensed into the activated carbon bed, and after the desorption is completed, the bed is dried. The drying machine is provided with a separate drying fan, and the inlet of the drying fan is provided with an efficient filter, and a steam heater is arranged to heat the fresh air, and the temperature is heated to about 60 DEG C, and the moisture in the carbon layer is dried through an activated carbon canister. After drying, the adsorption tank is filled with nitrogen to protect operation and wait for the next adsorption.
